1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within three (3) days of delivery for items in unused condition with all original tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging and free from wear, stains, odors, or alterations.
2. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of receipt at info@muslimahmade.com or via our contact page. Include your order number and photos of the issue for faster resolution.
3. Exceptions and Limitations
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or bespoke items.
- Intimate apparel such as undergarments.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or are returned after the specified timeframe.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If you need a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit for future purchases.
- Original payment method, depending on customer preference.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a mistake or defective item, MuslimahMade will cover the return shipping costs.
